1. What is CapabiliSense, and how is it different from LinkedIn or a resume?
CapabiliSense is a skills verification platform.
While LinkedIn is a digital version of your resume (focused on where you’ve worked and studied), CapabiliSense focuses only on what you can do right now. Instead of telling an employer you are “proficient in Excel” or “good at project management,” you complete a short, practical task (a “Capability Check”) that proves it. We replace self-reporting with evidence.
2. Do I have to pay to use CapabiliSense?
No. CapabiliSense is completely free for job seekers and candidates. We believe that proving your skills should never cost you money. Our platform is funded by the employers who are looking for verified talent.
3. What kind of assessments or “Capability Checks” will I have to do?
We are building a wide range of assessments tailored to real-world tasks. They aren’t your typical multiple-choice tests. Instead, they are micro-simulations. For example:

When a candidate completes a Capability Check, their work is separated from their personal information (name, gender, age, university). Our algorithm scores the work, not the person. 14. Is CapabiliSense an AI company? Are you using AI to screen people?
We use AI as a tool, but we are not an “AI hiring” company in the way you might think.
We use AI to help moderate and score practical tasks faster, and to ensure consistency. However, the core philosophy of CapabiliSense is human-centric. We believe the best way to judge a human’s capability is to look at their human output. We use AI to remove the repetitive work, so humans can focus on connecting with other humans.
